Chris Messum, founder of CanapéBox started working with Helen in May 2016. At this stage the business had been successfully trading for 4 years, supplying delicious hand-made canapés to the catering trade as well as direct to clients and private households.
The challenge was how to accelerate the growth and profitability of the business – an ambition for many business owners! With the 1-2-1 fortnightly coaching programme Chris developed new practices and marketing campaigns to take his business to the next level.
At the recent European Business Excellence Awards CanepéBox took the award for the Best E-Commerce, providing recognition for how far they have come.
