Working in my business for several years I decided it's time to scale the business and grow a profitable enterprise that runs without me.

This is where I found ActionCOACH and started coaching sessions with Helen. Before working on the business we identified that we need to fix the team.

With Helens expertise in HR we went through the recruitment process including a deselection process to find the best candidates for the job, and we did! Having the team in place enabled me to spend more time working on the business than in the business.

The coaching sessions with Helens has helped me identify the areas I need to focus on through the 6 steps framework and we used this as a guide to define the goals and tasks in our 90 day planning.

This is a great way to check our daily actions are aligned with our goals. We recently attended the Raise your Hand, Raise your Profits tour presented by Brad Sugars (founder of ActionCOACH) and Marcus Sheridan (author of They Ask You Answer) which was a fun, action packed learning session.

We made significant improvements to our marketing and proud to receive the Marketing award at GrowthCLUB 2022. Having Helen as a business coach has been a game changer and the best thing I've done for the business and myself.

Helen and I have been working together for quite a few years, initially in a group setting when I was freelancing, then that my business has grown (thanks to her invaluable support) I moved to 1-1.
