Managing Director
As Managing Director of ActionCOACH Chilterns, Helen is all about work/life integration. An owner of multiple businesses herself, she is passionate about growing Buckinghamshire’s businesses. When not leading the ActionCOACH team, she can be found on the rugby field supporting her sons, walking Molly, her dog, or riding Marley, her giant horsey friend.
Guy Pethybridge
Operations Director
After 25 years travelling the world to sell and dvelop bearings for rotating equipment manufacturers and end users, Guy has joined up with Helen to promote the potential of business coaching to growth minded business owners.
Outside of the the office, I am a member of two local clubs and can be found nipping round the Chiltern roads and bridleways on my bike or scuba-diving somewhere in the UK.
